Surname is blank in passport

In My passport my full name is written on Given Name and Surname is blank
I m filling UK Tier (General) Visa Form , What should I write on Surname,its blank in passport

write it the same ways as mentioned in passport. Mention this in your covering letter.

don't worry about it, my passport also doesn't have a surname. None of my previous visa applications have ever been refused because of that. Just make sure that you fill it in exactly as in the passport.
