In Country PEO Application ...Expert views required...

Post by iha8racsim » Wed Aug 11, 2010 4:21 pm

Hi.

I applied for Tier-1 General in country last week at PEO Corydon. After a long wait of all day i got a letter from HomeOffice saying that my application is valid and OK but they still want some further checks. I am not worried about any further inquiries.

can any one please tell me what will be the next step. As i applied in premium service maximum how long homeoffice can take to perform these inquiries and how long i have to wait for this. I am a little in hurry as i have to travel to EU where my company is pushing me to go and attend a very important meeting.

Please share any experience or suggestions. Thanks

In-person appointments is not a guarantee of same day service, as you have experienced.

Frustrating yes, but nothing you can do but wait.

Thanks for reply. Is there any time frame for wait for IN-person applications like the one i made.

None. Subject to satisfactory verification the standard waiting times apply.

No reply yet. Really do not understand of this SAME DAY service. Where they can not decide the application in a same day. Hope for next week. May be i'll listen from HO in coming week...bit frustrating.

Any one with same kind of experience please share here. Any one with PEO application.... SAME DAY

Hi

I have gone through the same process. However after a wait of over a month and after HO enquiries from my clients they stamped my passport and sent it back to my solicitor.

I beleive with all the sameday applications HO keep the applications for verifications.

Good luck

As Sush said, standard waiting times apply. It could take anything between 2-4 weeks. If you claimed earnings through self employment then it could take even longer (as observed/experienced by other members of this forum)
