Got Marriage visa but stayed behind Long

My wife got her visa to join me in the UK after a one year appeal process.
By the time she was given the visa,she was doing her Masters degree and had to complete. She stayed behind for one year of the 27 month visa duration and now wants to join me.
What does she need to do now? just travel or what?/
Please help me out of the confusion
