Yes it was a long 8 months -34 weeks- of wait and finally we got it. Only thing is that I did not receive a back dated letter stating my immigration-free status start from January which I need t oask to home office separately.
I wish you all good luck and hopefully you'll receive good news sooner.
hmmmm that is strange a Tire 1 shouldnt take that long...... Max 3 months i would guess ....you must try to find out whats going on a Tire 1 is a quicker visa than ILR .everyday_4_u wrote:I applied for Tier1 (In country) application: 28th January 2010.
Ack Letter recived and payment deduction: 12th February 2010
I am still waiting since then as 32 weeks have passed. I phoned up several time to UKBA to check the progress but they do not tell anything, all the say is to keep waiting. I wrote a letter to UKBA as well 3 weeks ago but did not get any reply back. I really do not have any idea what to do? Because this wait is killing me now...(My current leave is going to expire end of this month, 30th Sept)...Everyday i wait for the post from Home Office but nothing comes up...
