hi
I ve been doing research on the forum but I cant actualy find the answer I will be appreciate of any advice.
Im living in UK since 4 years rougly im EEA but year ago married to non EEA who will be apply for family permit soon from his own country
My question is there any minium hours u work or amount u have to earn per moth that you have to comply to be eligible for EU family permit ?
I had to reduced my hours at work lately cos of some health issues to only 16 hours but I bring up my younger brother as my parents are dead so add to my income child tax and work tax credit.hbenefit and child benefit, would that be a problem for my husband to get his visa?
I just been trough a lot for the few years and really dnt want to risk any refusal also Im considering to get another job for 3 days and register as self employed with that 2 jobs will be better to apply and chances of refusal lower?
The fact I m getting those benefits but do work will be a problem for him to get his visa?
thanx in advance for any help
