One of my friend apply the Tier 1 claming earning from two jobs one job was a night job for 12 hours and other job was a day job 7 hours
27,000 Night Job
14,300 Day Job
Got refused becasue home office is not satisified with second (Day job) although they have check with the employer and write to them about the numbers of hours my friends is doing. Have written to my friend asking about the kind of work he do and number of hours he do each day, answer all the quesiton, but they still are not satisified and have rejected his applicaiton.
He have work for the last four month in his second job to claim the 14,000 earning.
They have not given any clear answers apart from that they are not satisifed with his second job, there for they are refusing his applicaiton with not right to appeal as he still got two month visa.
Is there any chance of admin review or reapply again. Sure they can;t refused some one on the basis of second job which they are not satisified with.
Any Suggestion plz. as this is important for me becasue my case is also bit similier

19 hours work a day, and then there would be the travel between jobs and travel to and from home. I suppose it could be true, but it seems far fetched................
You haven't mentioned what the result of the checks with the night job is.

Night job as security officer, plantey of change to sleep as there is not no one working at night in office.
Home distance from that night jbo is 10 mintue from my home address the other office (day job) is half n hour bus drive and 10 minute car drive.
The total travling is 70 minutes plus i have two days off in week (WeekDays)
Home office check with the employer (dan and night) given all the required answers this Night Job pay was accepted anyway.

Show the refusal letter to a solicitor or immigration advisor.

This person is applying for a Tier 1 visa. Is a security officer a highly skilled job? 19 hours of working just to be able to get a visa doesn't seem right?

What did the letter actually say?
I have two jobs. One full time day job in IT and another job that I work after hours and weekends for a retail business.
With supporting documents payslips and bankstatements and letter fromthe employer I have been successful in my application. I did explain my job roles as well. The more information and supporting documents you had to justify your application they wouldnt question.
