I dont think they will, but If they do...then they are the most inhumane fu**ing w**kers i have ever seen or heard off!!! Make sure to keep all hospital bills/prescriptions/post natal stuff in order.daddy wrote:My wife(eu citizen) is excersing her treaty right as a student. I am on temporary stamp4, pending my eu1 application . my 6 months stamp4 will expire end of febuary 2011, presently, my wife is pregnant and will deliver in febuary 2011
My question is, if my my wife is unable to attend school during the last 2 months or less before delivery due to pregnancy illness, would DOJ refuse my eu1 application as a result of that. Does anyone have a sugestion for me please.
Thanks.
No they will be classed as a student with comprehensive sickness cover (medical insurance).daddy wrote:Can anyone confirm to me whether a student with medical insurance be also clasified as self-sufficient?
Thanks for replies.
my eu1 was approved months ago, on completion of 6 months of lodging in my application, goodluck. I also forwarded to INIS a letter from my wife's doctor stating when she would be due for delivery. M daughter is 4 months old now. Make sure your family have medical insurance cover, if eu spouse is a student or selfsufficient, very important!talkingcure wrote:Can you let us know daddy what is the outcome of your application as I am on the same boat like you.
Read this post from the begining, it would answer all your questions, read very well.talkingcure wrote:Goodluck daddy.hope your daughter and wife are in sound health. Just wondering one thing when did you let them know that your wife is pregnant. As I did not mention it in my application cause she has her academic break of one month before our baby due. The temporary term of six months also due on that week. Doj is obliged to give a decission by six months which is due on 3rd of november and my wife's due is 28th of October. Any expertise opinion will be appreciatable.
