Tier 4 application refused, help please

I was very happy that after few months i will compete my 10 years lawful residence, I have been in UK since Sep 2001 (9 years and 2 months) on student visa, always submitted all my student visa extension applications on time and were successful last extension was granted from May 2008 till 31 Aug 2010.

I sent my tier 4 application in Aug 2010, This was my first point based application, i was studying with London School of Business and computer got diploma between June 2008 till June 2009 and then Advance diploma between June 2009 till June 2010.unfortunitely my application was returned as invalid due to pictures they returned me 2 weeks later then my current visa expiration i returned them again with different pictures and that caused my application late for 21 days i.e they made me 21 days overstayer.

I had my diploma with me but college was closed before i could take my advanced diploma, i contacted one of the director over the phone and requested him as i have already given you full fees and my assignments were submitted and you are not returning my fees at least send my diploma which i deserve to have, he posted me diploma and covering letter dated 16 and 23 June 2010.

LSBC was revoked in 22nd Feb 2010, i changed my college in July 2010 and currently doing CMI, i applied my leave to remain on that basis, but my mistake i sent them my diploma and advance diploma from LSBC with my application, although i should not send that as i did not claim any points for them neither my current admission had anything to do with them.

My leave to remain application has been refused, they are saying

“You submitted letters and certificates from London School of Business and Computing dated 16the and 23 June 2010 respectively. I am satisfied that these documents were false because London School of Business and Computing ceased trading on the 22 Feb 2010 and therefore any documents or certificates dated after this date are deemed to be non-genuine.â€
