Section 5a - dependent visa doubt

I am planning to apply for tier 1 visa in November 2010.
I have a wife and a kid. At this point I am just applying visa , I will start looking for job once I get the visa.

I am not sure when I will travel and when will I call my family once I get some job in UK.

I am confused with section 5a of vaf9 form which says-
Is your partner accompanying you or joining you later

If I say no to this question, will there be any problem if I apply for their visas at some later stage, say after 6 months

Put a NO as you are not applying for them as the moment.
You will apply for them later 'once you are settled'
