The rules will be the same. As long as your stamp does not say ILR, it means you are temporary resident so your spouse does not need the test.sojan wrote:Thanks Vinny et al..
Just a quick query here.. When I did my Tier1 PBS, i changed it within the UK. Hence the visa is printed as resident permit, rather than a work permit or Tier1 entry clearance etc..
I'm not sure how a "resident permit" is interpreted by HO. Hope they apply the same rules of PBS, in case of spouse english requirements?
