Ok thats good news. Do i need to apply for it as soon as i get my student visa.
I have applied for an extension of student visa so do i have to start immediately once i get the student visa or have to wait for few months otherwise home office will think im trying to get visa for other purpose.

please note that this a 100% genuine relationship and not done for any visa purpose. I have all the genuine docs to proof with witnesses as well.

Thanks

I think that it may be possible to vary your existing student application to an FLR(M) application.

Hi

My lawyer said when showing the proof as living together , a tenancy agreement is not a strong proof as she said there can be several people staying in the same location.

What she said was to have a joint bank account for 2 years and thats the best proof. Also Letter from GP, both names in Utility bills etc.

I thought it was enough to show separate documents for the same address, a tenancy with both our names, joint account (we have 2 joint accnt but they are abt 1-2 old)

That means unless i get the docs i was told by the lawyer, i will certainly get rejected by the home office?? please do help me
