Per current rules of ILR, you shouldn't be out of UK for more than 450 days in 5 year preceeding ILR application. Also you shouldn't be out of UK for more than 90 days in 5th Year i.e. last year preceeding ILR apps.
Before ILR, you need to consider implications of being non-resident on your extention.
You are confusing ILR (settlement) with naturalisation.silverline wrote:Wrong!!martincyy wrote:altogether you can't be away for more 180 days during your five-year staying in UK which started on 12 Sep 2010
