I think it is the 14th week and usually the time to call the UKBA and remind them...It seems they are awoken each time the call is made.
I urge you to give them a call.

Please on what number did you call them? Did it take an awful long time to reach them?

You can call them on 0870 606 77 66 and need to select option 2.Have your ILR ref no handy. You should be able to reach them after trying a couple of times.

Not if you apply through the Settlement Checking Service where all important documents are copied and given back to you. Apart from the applicants passport.

I think it wasn't quite the day to call...
Got through to them after a couple of minutes wait but they said...it is not 14 weeks yet...please call in two weeks...What a shame?
Things are pretty slow...postal applications are a terrible waste of time and almost like waiting on a deathrow really!

thats bad..they are keeping up the timeline only in this and not in the application processing.
You are right. We should never ever go for postal applications again at any cost..thats a lot of hell.

Hi all
My hubby applied for his ILR (set m) on 5th January by post (special delivery). UKBA received his application on 6th January, and payment was also taken on the same day. We received the acknowledgement letter on 7th January. Hopefully it shouldn't take too long to get his ILR as the application was straight forward.
We want to go abroad mid-March this year, and are praying for UKBA to grant the ILR in time..
