PSW visa to Tier 1 General Visa

Hi All,

Need some guidance on this:

I have got PSW visa which is valid till 2012 feb, but as per the new rule Tier 1 general visa is getting abolished. I have enough point right now to get myself converted to Tier 1 general but I guess you can only apply for change of category (PSW to Tier 1 General) 3 months before the expiry of your current visa which will be basically Nov 2011.

But dont know which category i will be applying at that moment or what should i do ?
Any expert on this?

you can apply for tier 1 visa as soon as you are able to.
