Visitor visa for sister family and parents

Hi,
My sister, her husband and their two children had applied for a Visitor Visa last year but their visa was refused, the Border Agency has given appeal rights to sister & her husband and they won appeal and my sister, her husband got their visitor visa and they would like to apply for their two children aged 10 & 12. Can they apply as a General Visitor Visa for their 2 children? What types of documents they need to provide?...How much money they need to show in bank account?..I am planning to invite my parents at the same time therefore do not want to sponsor my sister family to avoid any problems in visa process.

Thanks for reply.
Actually Border Agency has not given appeal rights to their children as they are minor. Therefore Border Agency told told them to apply a fresh application for their children.
As their parents had already got visa, Can children apply as a General Visitor visa? and what type of documents they need to provide??
