My husband came to this country as my spouse, i am British. he had a 2 year visa and has been working, we have two children and i dont work.
He has just found out that his visa has run out (5 days ago) and he thought that he had another month left, he has his life in the Uk test on the 18th.
What do we do?

I think you need to apply as soon as possible with a good covering letter explaining all the situation.

If the application is well prepare than there will be no problem and you will get through. But be care full because if Ukba refuse your application I doubt there will be no right of appeal because it will be an out of time application.
