where is the test centre for the english test in islamabad?

i have been given sum details about a test centre in rawalpindi (from study786 on IB), my husband has spoken to the guy in charge(mr faisal)..but he was asking for a fees on 15.000 rupees jus for him and then we must pay a seperate fees for the english test? is this right??

The College of Excellence is listed by UKBA as one of their approved providers for the "A1 Test", and a link on the website you have shown does include the name of a company in Rawalpindi.
It's up to them what they charge.
Just listening to a bit of their online test material, it seemed quite a tough test.
