can I bring my sis-in-law+her son to UK

hi all !!
I hope someone can help me with this...I am a UK born citizen and have my own business/company here which is doing very well..I have 3 houses..in short financially I am doing pretty well...My brother in India died couple of yrs ago..he left his wife and a son (18 now) behind him...now my query is there any way I can bring them over here to stay with me as they have no support in india?

Apart from visit visas ( max 6 months in 12 months period), there are no other easy ways I am afraid if you are loooking for permanant residency
