I have posted my application to leave to remain to UKBA.but i havent got any of the letter from ukba yet and even my visa has been expired now.. plz let me knw if anyone knws wat happen after you have posted the application.

I Had applied for indefinite leave to remain in UK before 5 days and my visitor visa is expired yesterday

As suggested
earlier, did you seek legal advice / consult a solicitor to assess your eligibility for settlement and/or hire one to submit the application and act on your behalf?

Ya.. but i have already made an application.. but i have nt recievd any letter from home office confirming that they have recieved my application. i had send it to them befor 5 days..
will i get any confirmation or not from home office and in how many days should i get the confirmation..

Most likely you will, but nobody know how long will it take for YOU.
Mine took exactly a week, for some people it's less, for some more/
