CASE WORKER ???

Hi,
hsmp got rejected will be applying again. now again my file will be handed to the same case worker or a new case worker...??
should i speak to my caseworker before i reapply or its ok ???

please help..

I know they pass review applications to a different case worker, I would imagine this will also be the case for a re-application.
