flr(m) --- need advise pls

HI ,

My husband got ILR on 14 th of March this year . I am applying on FLR(M) for the extension of my visa.
I am on dependant visa. I have few queries ,

1) As we are married partner , do I need to provide 6 items of address confirmation ?

2) I am submitting

Husband's passport
Husbnd;s bank statement (showing financial ability)
My pay slips
My employment letter
Letter from electoral service stating that both of us have been registered on that address for the past 3 years
My passport
Marriage certificate

Do I need to provide any other documents ?

3) Do I need to provide my husband's photograph ? My application is based on his ILR .


I will really appreciate if I get a prompt answer . Thanks a lot in advance.
