Hi,

Can someone please confirm the details below for child born in UK. Now baby is 1 month old and I want to apply as my dependent. I am on Tier 1 - General Main Applicant

1> Form: Latest Dependant application For Tier 1 dependant

2> There are lots of questions which might not be applicable for baby born here. Should I just leave blank? Is there any form specific for new born?
So below are the questions I think needs to be skipped (please confirm what to enter)

C1. Under what nationality did the dependant enter the United Kingdom?

Section D - Immigration History ( I guess i should just leave everything in this section blank?). They have written it is mandatory to fill all the fields.

So what is the norm for things no applicable for dependent? do we leave it blank or write N/A?

Any link or forum discussion regarding details on filling form will be helpful.

Hi,

Previous query was related to PASSPORT only ... below is TIER 1 - DEPENDENT question

I am applying dependent visa for my new born baby coming month.

1> Child's Indian passport received in April ... Photo is 1.5 months old. I guess that's fine with respect to photo requirement? Used same photo for passport.

2> Do I need to send my copy of my passport or original? I REALLY don't want to send original passport of mine unless required. I am sending postal application.

Again I am apply from within UK ... Child born in UK .. I am on Tier 1 Visa.

I am not quite sure about those answers but I would suggest you ring up the Home-office and ask them about it. I know its a long shot but what have you got to loose.

Can you tell me what you entered in Section D? Also any more tips in filling the form will be helpful.
