first little about my portfolio. I have done all sort of composing related to HSMP,I am planning to apply in two weeks time. I am claiming point on the following basis:

Education=25 (Master degree from UK)

Experience=25 (More than 2 years graduate level work expereince as HRIS) Human Resource Information Systems Manager

Past Earning=25 (earned enough to be eligible for this band)

Under 28=5
Total=80
Query 1.
I have been in full-time education from september 2003. I went for graduation on 6th of July 2006. but on my degree certificate time menthioned is from september 2003 to March 2006. what happend is they print the period when university senate meeting held, which was in March, but I went for graduation on aforemetnioned date.I planning to claim point on the basis of earning prior to my full time study which is from fincancial year 2002 to 2003. is that a problem the idle time from March 2006 to July 2006? however I am able to provide evidence of attending graduation ceremony.

Query 2

I have got salary slips of my previous earning (prior to full-time education) and I have got Tax return of financial year 2002-2003.
fincial year closed in June 2003 so I will be presenting tax return of july 2002 till june 2003 but I am presenting salary slips from june 2002 till august 2003 because I had enrolled in full-time education from september 2003. so there will be 14 month salary slips with Tax return of 12 month.
is that odd presenting those uneven documants?
suggestion from Moderators will humbly appreciated...

Query 1: There shouldn't be any problem. Simply provide all your evidences.

Query 2: There is also no problem with this. In your cover letter, simply state the period which the tax year of your country covers. By now, you should be in possession of the tax certificate for year 2004. That should show the income for 2 months: July and August 2003. Include that as well.

However, why are you presenting salary slips for 14 months? Only 12 months is required. This detail however, does not impact on the tax evidence you need to provide because 2 months still belong in another tax year.

On a concluding note, if you don't have the tax cert for year 2004 but have bank statements showing your salaries, I don't expect you'll have any problem; simply submit the following:
*12months pay slips: July 2002 - Aug 2003
* Tax cert for year 2003
* Bank Statements for 12 months showing your salaries as coming from your employer.
