IS GBP 20,000 minimum salary reqd for ILR

My work permit says salary of GBP 15000, code of practice for my designation also show GBP 15000, but in the new rules the condition is minimum salary GBP 20,000 or as per code of practice whichever is higher... will I get ILR?
