well i was granted visa till 31 aug 2011 my course has finished and still waiting for result
question i will be paying a new course at the same college which is level 7 business management
1. do i need to take the IELTS test
2. what is the lastest date should i apply

hi all
well i have leave to remained till august this year my course ended on april an we had to take exam in may now i want to know when shall i apply for the visa mid august or end july as i have not yet put any money into my account to make 28 flexibility

my 2 month 1200
will it be ok if i apply in mid august as i am still waiting for my result yet
i will be taking level 7 business management do i need to take the IELts test as well thanks

Regarding English languages requirements, read 118(c).
If eligible to apply for leave to remain (245ZX(l)), you may do so any time when you fulfil the requirements (e.g. - have maintained funds for the duration specified) and before 31-Aug-11.
