Hi,

I applied my student extension visa on 23, December 2010 and it was rejected because of bank statement problem since i took on-line statement and home office said it is fake statement and then i went for an appeal with the bank head paper states that the statement is not fake and bank do not have policies to stamp on on-line statement (letter given by bank address to home office) finally appeal is allowed by the immigration judge on 13 april 2011 and I got copy of allowed decision on 14 april 2010. In that letter it shows that they sent one copy to presenting officer, home office and another one copy to me. home office have rights to go for an further appeal on the immigration judge but in my case home office dint go for an appeal, I conformed this with the Tribunal service. still I dint get any letter from home office regarding my visa.my question here is , How long i need to wait for my visa ?, I already waited for two months after appeal allowed. whether I need to send my passport or not ? to be honest I want to back to my country since I lost two person in my family last month I could not able to attend even funeral function. If i leave this country without visa, whether i will get any fraud stamp on my passport at the port. am scare about may it will affect any future visa rejection to any country.

Please give advice on my case.

Many thanks in advance for your Help and Advice.

Regards,
Siva.

you should write to the caseworking team who originally refused you with a copy of the determination.
