Getting Sick of it

not hitting the roof but recently, i have seen too many people asking same questions again and again. For instance, I have seen so many threads about Dependent applications from outside the country while there is a big sticky which contains all the info.

Same is the case with new rulings, people panic and open up different threads for no reason.

I am sure Mods are getting fed up as well. Could you all please have some regard on that and do some reading up on the forum before posting your questions. All the INFORMATION is there in STICKIES.
