Obviously, the guideline state that in case of applications for more than one member of family, all applications to be sent in one envelope.


When the passport office return the original documents, do they return all the documents (of all family members) in one envelope?

I want to attach a self addressed stamped special delivery envelope, not sure whether I need to attach one envelope or one for each member of the family.

The application asks place of issue of Naturalisation certificate?

In the certificate it is mentioned as 'Issued under the direction of secretary..Home office London.

The certificate was actually handed over to me at a ceremony in Edinburgh.

So, the place of issue is London or Edinburgh?

The application asks for father's nationality and citizenship.
My father is an Indian and holds Indian citizenship. So should we write just 'Indian' or 'India Indian'

I am applying passport application for my son (11 years). Recently his citizenship application has been approved, and naturalisation certificate has been received. From the guidelines, for cases like this, I see that we need to attach only (1) Naturalisation certificate, and (2) previous uncancelled passports.

Does it mean that we do not need to send the child's birth certificate or parent's marriage certificate?
