I am EU Nation and would like my Family member to join me in Europe. My family is living in War Zone Country Pakistan.

I want to know which country or city are quickest to Grant Residential Visa for my Family.

Timeline is Very important.

Also you Can Tell me you Timescale if u have asked someone to join you in Europe.
