PSW dependent rejected -Re-apply or Appeal

Post by Son_of_Soil » Fri Jul 01, 2011 8:32 am

HI
I am on PSW and my wife applied for dependent visa , she got refused due to insufficent bank statement.

I have been given the right to appeal within 28days, but i dnt want to go thru the appeal process as it can take upto 6 months.SO i was wondering if i re-apply. Could anyone suggest if i do so, will they loook at the previous rejection?

also if anyone can tell me the document to attach and fundsrequired . i have been living in UK motre than 12 months.

Thanks a lot

So state so, simple! Rather than pretend to be someone else.

1. The previous refusal will not influence a new application, in view of the reason of previous refusal.
2. Reading the policy guidance should help.
