dependant of ilr (marriage visa)

Hi,

I have been in the uk on tier 1 and now due to apply ilr in Jan. i got married before 1.5 years and my wife was with me since then in the UK on teir 1 dependant. now she has left to india last month for pregnancy and wont be back until Feb. Both mine and my visa is ending in Jan and i am due for ILR in Jan..

Could you pls clear my following doubts ?
1. i have to get my wife and child to the uk on basis on ILR dependant (marriage visa), isnt it ?
2. if yes, could you pls let me know how much is the fee for ILR dependant for my wife and new born child
3. how much is the fee to convert their dependant visa to ILR after 2 years ?
4. also do i have to maintain any balance to sponser their visa
