Please guide if a dependent is already in uk and student is going to apply for extension. what rules will apply on dependent.
if college is not public funded.

If your dependants are already in the UK with permission, they will be allowed to extend their stay provided they apply at the same time as you apply to undertake a course of study lasting more than 6 months.

A student with her dependants is already in uk in course level 4 due to less score in IELTS. she is going to improve her IELTS. after that what minimum level of her course should be so that her dependant would be given right of work.
