Expired Student visa

My Student visa Expired and i left England voluntary.
Expiry stamp date is may 2009 ( Extension and appeal got rejected it took 1 year )
I left england in june 2010 voluntary.

Can i go back to england on expiry Visa. ( till airport )

Then i l claim asylum

I have to go bak to england due to very serious conditions i cant apply new visa.

Anyone arriving at the UK border can apply for asylum. Whether they are eligible for asylum is a separate and different matter. How do you propose to get to the border? Your old visa is not valid so if you intending to apply for a UK entry clearance in your home country you be making a false declaration.

It is highly unlikely that you will make it to the UK using the conventional method of buying a plane ticket and flying here. Stupid are heavily fined for anyone arriving at the UK border without a valid visa and they are therefore very likely to stop you from getting on the plane without a valid visa.

Hello i was on student visa For Accounting Studies in 2007. Due to personal problems i did not finished my studies and in 2009 after getting rejection for Extension i decided to go back to pakistan and sort out my situation.

Hi i have recently applied for spouse visa to Austria from Pakistan. MY wife is Austrian National.

I am EU Nation and would like my Family member to join me in Europe. My family is living in War Zone Country Pakistan.

Can my mother and brother Travel with me to Europe without visa from pakistan. I am Eu citizen thanks

I am pakistani but on spouse visa my spouse is EU national. my wife is using her treaty right. We live in england

So why do you need to a visa or need to claim asylum if you are either a EU citizen or spouse of EU citizen exercising treaty rights in the UK?

1. Decide what your "real" immigration status is and stick to it.
2. Ask your "friends" to register and post their own queries.
