ILR dependant visa

Hi,

i am going to apply for ILR in Jan. In order to bring my wife and child after Jan, i need to get them on ILR dependant visa. is there any maintainece funds for this like for Tier 1 visa (800 + 533 +533). also is there any specific documents needed ?

Pls let me know as i hearing different stories from others.
