Tier 2 dependent VISA application from India

Hi all,

I am curently on Tier 2 Visa, and would like my wife in India to apply for the Tier 2 depedent VISA . However I am told that she needs to fill the application online.

Please can somebody guide me with the correct proces for my WIFE to apply for Tier 2 dependent VISA from India. Is ther any guidance note which might help. Thanks to all.

Thanks sushdmehta, for getting back to me and thanks for the documents.

My concern as i go throw the information on the site i understand she needs to apply online.

However has anybody filled the online form before because in the Sections on the form it ask couple of questions of maintenace. and I am not sure what actually they mean as in my case my compnay is A-rated company which is ready to sponsor my wife.

So the online questions are not that self explainatory. Do you have any knowledge about the questions. Thanks

I would like to get some information about my father he has got querying to apply visa from india ..which one more convient for him could anyone give me advice please. ?? My mum has got British passport. AND my father had before dependant visa 6 year before after emergency situation so he had back india and the time his visa finished .now its 2 year has been staying in india .I do not know which one is best for him to apply because his all family are in uk
Any suggestions please for me
