Passport Not Returned

Hello All

I found this forum very handy for immigration matters. Could anyone help me I am in different situation .I have applied for ILR under category SET(M) on 01 august 2011 and received a letter from UK Border Agency along with all supporting documents dated 23 September 2011. Letter states “I am returning the enclosed passport endorsed with an extension of stay in the United Kingdomâ€

If the letter states that the passports are enclosed but in reality they are missing, then it could be that the caseworker forgot to include the passports in the envelope or that they have lost your passports.

Either way, you must contact UKBA without delay ... and if possible, the caseworker. The letter you have received should mention the contact details.

Hi

i did contact home office they took all my details and said we raised request to return your documents within 15 working days and i also wrote letter to the case worker.

They didn’t tell me that its lost.
