Hello All,

A few questions:

1) If refused a visa and given right of appeal but your appeal is 3 months away from hearing..during the three months is my stay in the UK counted towards 10 years?

2) I have been to Europe a few times and on occasions my passport had not been stamped on arrival but was on departure, should I mention these days on my application while I was away?
