you can get advise and prepare all the documents, etc with a UK solicitor's help and submitted in China.

you'll get the right to appeal if you the application was made in china.

Hiya,
I'm wondering have you got your parents settlement visa in China?Did one of the reason to refuse becasue you apply in the Uk ?not in China,becase of the visitor at that moment?

i would suggest u to talk to victoria sharkley as she is one of th best to provide correct advice...i myself have consulted her a lot of times...she is from Medivisas... her email id is victoria.sharkey@medivisas.com

try speaking to her before tk a final decison....
