Good day to the Gurus
please i will like to know what mother of this children can do about her status the children just got there mn1 approved .

mummy came to uk as a visitor in 2004 in (2007) she had 1st baby and in 2008 she had twins in 2009. in 2008 a lawyer put some doc together for her but she was refuse. but the father of the children was married to a british so he applyed the mn1 for them with there mother consent.

it would help if you gave us information about the current immigration status of the mother and father and their immigration history.

she should apply for discretionary leave to remain (flro)as a parent of a british citizen
