Good day to the Gurus
please i will like to know what mother of this children can do about her status the children just got there mn1 approved .

mummy came to uk as a visitor in 2004 in (2007) she had 1st baby and in 2008 she had twins in 2009. in 2008 a lawyer put some doc together for her but she was refuse. but the father of the children was married to a british so he applyed the mn1 for them with there mother consent.

she should apply for discretionary leave to remain (flro)as a parent of a british citizen

HI, if the children holds british possports as their dad she shd apply under Zambrano,just fill the EEA2 form,supporting doc;kids passports,your passport ,birth certificates,and evidences that u are their sole carer.Gd luck
