passport validity for extension

passport validity for extension

hi friends,

My Tier-1 extension(3+yrs extemsion) is in october 2012. But my passport is valid till 2014 only.

Do I need to apply for a new passport before I apply for extension?

You don't have to apply for a new passport.

Apply with your existing passport and get the visa extension.

Once your passport is ready to expire in 2014,simply apply for a new passport and u MUST carry both the passports while travelling.
