Hi

Me and My husband got ILR.I have to go to pakistan in emergency after 2 weeks.I have 3 months old daughter who born before we got ILR visa.

we got Pakistani passport and ID card for my daughter which she will use to travel to pakistan but we dont have british visa for her which she can use from pakistan to uk travel.

Please tell me Is she can travel on my documents as we dont have time to apply MN1 for her.

Please help me on this topic.

She can't travel on your visa. You should either get her ILR from within the UK or a visafrom Pakistan.

Yes I totally agree with Jambo however I do suggest that you should sort out ur daughter's travelling documents for returning back to UK before leaving otherwise it will get really complicated and fraustating for you to sort that out in Pakistan...It will take way too long to get her visa in Pakistan compared to here in UK

Alternatively, if she was born in the UK, then she is entitled to register for British citizenship (Section 1(3)) at the consular section, British High Commission or perhaps deputy high commission, when she's in Pakistan. Subsequently, apply for a British passport.
