HSMP Reference number

hello all,

My first HSMP application was refused. I made a fresh second application. Received the reference number for the second application but it is same as the one for my first application. Could both be the same???

sometimes they issue a new ref. no. or they give the same no. with /01 or /02. all the best !!!

i am really confused and tense bcoz i think they might take into consideration
my previous application. is it so

normally how many days does it take to assign a case to the case worker

But I wonder how they will issue same reference number just by using same name & same DOB

What if there are two persons born in same date with same name

Unless they note the Nationality & Passport number, it is very absurd to give same reference number just based on name & dob
