PSW letter

Hello everyone,
I am bedfordshire uni student and completed my msc in november. i withdraw my psw letter in 18th january and hopefully to apply for psw in march 1st week. is that letter is ok or i have to collect new one?
In my letter their is no course start date and end date. Only show month and year.
But psw application form it showed,
J1. Give the period during which the applicant studied and/or undertook research at this
institution towards the above qualification
Start date: D D M M Y Y Y Y
End date: D D M M Y Y Y Y
So how can i fill the day column.
Is my letter ok
