Thanks to almighty Allah that today I revive my ilr. Here is my time lime
Applied through consultant
Application sent 23th jan 2012
Acknowledge letter issue 25 th jan 2012
Acknowledge revive 2nd feb 2012
Ilr issue : 23rd march 2012
Recive today 20 apt 2012.

My case was straight forward but had two offence.
8 years student .
Got tier 2 from home country .

Hope that next trun will zainy and crb . Insallaj ever one get their ilr very soon .

Congrats to you guys that already get your ILR. I am still here in my 18th week and still waiting. Nothing from the HO. what are they doing with my application? someone took it home and left it there? this is annoying and frustrating. Any advice from anybody please.

@Shola i think its time to involve your MP ,atleast you will get information that what's happening with your application.If im your place i involved MP after 15 weeks max because 6 month is the max time and i personally think that its not compulsory that you must wait 6 month before you involve your MP.This is my personal opinion.

Its shame HO took 28 days to send your passport.

Hi Shla< i thought u received your, Man its taken long,, maybe its because its a lost passport so they have to confirm with the police,but am sure it will be on ur hands very soon mate.God Bless and keep trusting God..

just an update, one of my friend today received his ilr based on 10 years, he sent his documents on 25th of January 2012 and ilr was issued on 20th march and today he got all his documents back.

Hi Guys,

I have come across the forum as I was looking for the new waiting times. I must admit, its very useful information. Here is info about my application

Application sent 26/01/12
Payment Debited 28/01/12
Acknowledgement Letter 30/01/12

Not a very straight forward case, had a refusal in 2004 April and apart from that, all fine. 6 years student, 1 year IGS and 3 years work permit.

I will keep you guys posted whenever I hear something from HO.
