Maybe 95% are being done don't forget there is still 5% that take longer......sorry to say maybe u are one of them. Just be patient everything happens for a reason and when the time is right then you will get an answer. You can email them and see what they say to you.

Some times the longer they take the more likely you are to get granted a visa.....

i watch scary movies sometimes at night jst to make myself tired and sleep but i feel like they r so borin and nothin scary in it lol
16 workin days for u lol and 18 for me ( WORKIN DAYS ) DAYS wr ok but WORKING days is a bit of problem lol

But everyone who have had their visa granted said there is no point contacting them until your 60days are over?

They are speaking from experience. I dont even know my husbands passprt number and all that to e-mail them

No point contacting Gerry's all they will say is what you can find on:

they can't/won't provide you with any other information except for that it can take 26 weeks and when we get the documents we will contact you etc....

Shamaila pls can u advise what date the visa was issued. Ay give us idea how long they processing the applications, after the visa issue date how many days it takes for them to contact us ready for collection.

personally i dont think there is any point in contacting gerrys or bhc as the bhc will respond to your email saying that there still doing checks and they have 12 weeks to do it...people who have passed there 60days got the response that they are still undertaking there checks...

dont want to put a downer on anyone but we just have to stay patient

im kind of in the same situation well more or less anyway

ive had a unfair dismissal from work because i witnessed something which management wanted me to keep quiet...
i was really stressed as to what gonna happen with hubbys application..i couldnt eat or sleep...but i did istikhara..on this neeyat that ya Allah plz guide me as to what i should do..do i need to find another job quick if this will affect the application or will everything be alright...and Allhamdullilah i got a very good dream that same night which put my mind to rest...

maybe you should do the same...if you've never done it before then maybe read up on it first so your sure ur ok to do it

My appeal hearing was on the 4th of April 2012, which got accepted and my solicitor received the determination today, dated 09 May2012. Could some tell me what to do i do from here and what is the set time frame for what ever comes next.
