Spouse Visa - need your help urgently - complex situation

Hi,

I have a question regarding my wife’s visa extension. She is currently holding a student visa which will expire on January 31, 2006. As for me, I am holding working visa and will expire on February 2006. I have been working in UK for more than 1 year. My company has agreed to extend my contract and my work permit for next 2 years and my work permit extension is still on process.

as my working permit visa is still on process, would it be possible for my wife to apply a spouse visa with current condition WITHOUT leaving UK?

How long does she have to stay remain in here (UK) after her visa's expired?

Would be really helpful if you could help us.

It sounds like both of you already have expired visas! Do you feel the need to correct anything?

We know our visa are expiring - She'd like to change her student visa to spouse visa this January while my visa (husband) is under process of the extension of wp.

Would it be possible if she submit her application by having this situation?
