| You can show income from any continuous period of 12 months out the previous 15 months. If you apply for ILR in December your 15 month window begins from Sept 2011. |

Hi all
I was just going through set o guidances and its mention on page4 :
'Payslips:This must be the most recent payslips. It must be dated no earlier than one calender month before the date of application.'So what does it means?can anybody clarify indetails please because it confusing I read ukba website that you can show 12 months consecutive salary with in 15 months periods.
I want to show my first 12 months pay i.e, from september 2011 till august 2012 but my Ilr is due on 28 december 2012.
My question is if I show first 12 months pay with in 15 months period is that be acceptable?

Please I request all the members and senior to help me regarding my questions.
Thanks in advance

I.e. and not those applying for ILR as Tier 1 General migrants. _________________ Info/Advice I provide is general in nature and shouldn't be used as a substitute for professional advice where necessary.
