Congratulations, can you please help me on this.... do they ask for proof of income,, such as if i put 50k in my account from family and friends.. do i need to prove it.

Hi,
Any one have Idea on processing times these days? According to the posts in the blog applicants in May got their visas with in 4-5 weeks. But the applicants of June have not yet got their processes done even after 8-10 weeks.
Please update if any one have got visas in August.

I called on the number given on website but they are not telling any thing they just said you have to wait .. They will not tell anything untill 6 months i think.....
Is there any other way to know about application ???? |

Hi all,
I hope at least some of us get response from UKBA this week. Surprisingly they are keep updating that they are started considering new applications every week, but not completing the processes of old applications from last 3 months.
Pray for all and hope for the best... pls post if any one got any info from UKBA. |

Hi there, You wont get any answer about the progress of your application. What they would say, just wait or withdraw which is not fair. It's gonna be really hassle for most cases. It's got to be a substantial reform in UKBA internally. Thought UK is a good system, but after all... I guess many countries out there are better than what UK is. |

It seems they are temporarily halted processing of tier-1 (Entrepreneur) application in-order to process the student and PSW applications which they put in pending from March.
Some of my friends who applied for PSW Visas in Feb-March were getting their visas in 3rd &4th week of Aug.
Please give your guess why the all applications made from June are still pending...
Please update if any one get visas or any communication from case worker.

Ram,
Its really hard time man.
I also heard that for Tier 1 General also they are taking long time.
My friend told me that one of his friend is waiting more than 6 months now for Tier 1 G extension. |

App1.under PSW ROUTE Funds abroad.
Applied on. 12 june
Bio 30 June
Decision . Panding
App2. same as above route
Applied. 17 April (Aprox)
bio 22 june (I think)
decision. Visa granted on 05th july 2012
App3
same cat
Applied 25 april
Bio. 02 May
Decision
Visa Granted. 26 june
App4
same cat funds in uk
Applied 12 july
Bio 20 july
Result. visa granted on 4th Sep
And many more
