Hello There,
I have submitted my application for Tier-1 (General) Extension and attended Biometrics on 29th July and currently waiting to hear from Home Office on the approval of my Visa. I am going to complete my 5 year stay in UK by October 2nd week. If I do not hear anything from Home Office by Oct 2nd week, can I ask them to issue ILR instead of Tier-1(General) Extension?
Please share your experiences and advises..... |
