Not everyone has their decision reviewed by the same ECM, the one reviewing Zully's case might be different to the one reviewing prince's case, hence it's hardly ever a first come first serve thing, personally I think it should be, but it isn't.

There really is only one thing we can advise during this 19 week period, which is to wait patiently. Not much we can do to push the decision to be made sooner.

Don't know if this has been posted before but thought it would be helpful for you guys awaiting review /appeal. It gives a good overview on the whole process.. Good to see it has improved but there is still work to do

If it's relevant to your case, then send it, if not don't. In this case it would only be relevant in terms of financial support ie. some of your income would go towards the baby, however you applied and appealed well before the new changes, so it's not relevant.

If it's relevant send the document.

I sent an email on this address:

visaenquiries.islamabad@fco.gov.uk

I wrote a request asking them to review my case swiftly, as the decision had been withdrawn and I have been waiting for more than 8 months.

8 months since appeal. Yes, they take a long time to respond, and sometimes they do not. I hope they improve their correspondence, it is very hard to not know if your email ever reached anyone. An acknowledgement is better than none at all.

yeh the email is if you got queries regarding your application. visaenquiries.islamabad@fco.gov.uk just email that if you have any questions or if you want any updates, Inshallah they will reply to you. but dont know saying what. hope they do give an update. Please remember me in your Dua's been nearly 3 years married and also have a Baby Girl Mashallah and its so hard without them. I just Pray To Allah SWT That we get a response very quick Ameen.

Hi guys.

In terms of responses, unless they review your appeal, you qwill get a bogstandard reply. So wait until until your deadline date nears and then get your MP involed. I know people contsnatly email them, but hardly anyone ever replies with a proper email.

The email address you've sent messages go to 1LS, you ideally want emails to go to 2ls or the final line of support.

AA,

Applied on 7.03.2012
Refused on 30.08.2012
Appeal Doc sent on 19.09.2012

I know this has been discussed many times, but could anyone kindly explain the process and the possible timeframe after the appeal has been posted?

Gave my Visa debit info on the appeal sent yesterday.

Thanks and prayers of all.

What are the grounds of your refusal? And did you get a solicitor involved in your appeal ??

Best of luck
